Stephen Couch, MAGL, ACC (he/him) is a Clinical Ethicist with Children's Health System of Texas. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS in Construction Engineering Technology, then later from Fuller Theological Seminary with a MA in Global Leadership. Working in pediatric healthcare chaplaincy for the past six years (and adult pallatiave care chaplain during the COVID-19 pandemic) sparked an interest in bioethics, which led to obtaining a Certificate in Pediatric Bioethics through Children's Mercy in Kansas City, chairing the Ethics Committee for a tertiary children's hospital, and now working as a Clinical Ethicist with Chidlren's Health in Dallas, Texas.
