Carl Elliott

Carl Elliott is a professor in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Minnesota and an affiliate faculty member at the University of Otago Bioethics Center in New Zealand. His book on whistleblowers in medical research, The Occasional Human Sacrifice: Medical Experimentation and the Price of Saying No, will be published by W.W. Norton in May 2024.
