Dan Kim, MD (he/him) is currently a third year pediatric critical care fellow at University of Washington and Seattle Children's Hospital. He is also concurrently completing a clinical bioethics fellowship through the Treuman Katz Center for Pediatric Bioethics and Palliative Care at Seattle Children's and a masters in bioethics through University of Washington. Dan is primarily interested in patient-familly communication, palliative and end of life care in the ICU, organ transplant ethics, extracorporeal life support (ECLS), and brain death ethics. Outside of academic interests, he is a huge food, drink, outdoor, and Carolyn (wife) enthusiast.
