Carolyn Baker Ringel, JD, MBE (she/her) is an attorney who currently serves as President of Private Client Services for Isleworth Group, a concierge mental health consulting firm, and as a member of the Beth Israel Continuing Review IRB. As the mother of a transgender child, she has published and presented on issues around parenting transgender youth, and around the ethical and legal standards governing provision of health care to transgender youth. Previously, she worked in the Massachusetts State Legislature, as a mediator, and as a family law practitioner for a domestic violence non profit organization.
